Trained
by Prof. Grand Master Shen, 10th Dan and also
by Master Bill John, 4th Dan.
Gary has been training since 1987 and teaching
since 1999.
He currently has a class at St. Alphege Church
Hall where you have the opportunity to come
and learn under his teaching.
Gary's
classes will provide you with a complete martial
arts workout, learning proper kicks with speed
and power. You will learn how to throw, double
and treble kicking combinations, basic punching
skills and hand techniques. Self defence techniques
and form kata's.

Garys
is also a keen snow boarder which includes his
love for travel to different parts of the world
including Egypt, Cuba, Jamacia, Antiqua, Granada,
Thailand, Australia and many more. His latest
interest is Scuba diving, where he learned to
do in the Maldives. |
